CraftPixel provides website development, mobile app development, and AI automation services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.

All project work is undertaken based on mutually agreed requirements discussed during the consultation phase. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are confirmed before any project begins.

• All projects begin after mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing.
• Project requirements are discussed and documented before development starts.
• Changes to the agreed scope may affect the timeline and cost, which will be communicated in advance.
• We provide regular updates and seek your feedback at key milestones.

• Payment structure (advance, milestones, or full payment) is agreed upon before the project starts.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Invoices are issued for all payments. Payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and other agreed modes.
• Late payments may result in project work being paused until the outstanding amount is cleared.

Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for your project are transferred to you. You will own the final deliverables.

CraftPixel retains the right to use generic components, libraries, and frameworks that are not unique to your project. We may also showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Website hosting and domain registration are separate from development costs unless explicitly included in the project agreement. We can assist with setup and recommend suitable hosting providers.

Ongoing hosting fees, domain renewals, and third-party service costs are the responsibility of the client.

Post-delivery support is provided as per the terms agreed during the project engagement. Bug fixes for issues related to the original scope are addressed promptly.

Additional features, enhancements, or modifications beyond the original scope are treated as new work and quoted separately.

CraftPixel Tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. All tools process data locally in your browser — no files are uploaded to our servers.

While we strive for accuracy, the tools are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any data loss or errors resulting from the use of these tools.

CraftPixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

If you wish to cancel a project, please inform us as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the work already completed:

• Work not yet started — full refund of any advance paid.
• Work partially completed — refund adjusted based on the work delivered.
• Work completed and delivered — no refund applicable.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
